IMPORTANT UPDATE NOVEMBER 2023

I have had to return to Malaysia indefinitely to assist with caring for my elderly mother.  My business is therefore on hold & I will not be taking bookings for the foreseeable future.  I apologise most sincerely for the inconvenience this may cause & I am very grateful to my dear clients for their understanding.  

I will update these pages when my situation becomes clearer.

Elaine worked in the NHS as a healthcare professional from 1979 until 2017.  Her experience motivated her to think about different concepts of managing healthcare which led her to enhance her skills and qualifications in western medicine by supplementing these with 3.5 years of acupuncture training at the College of Chinese Medicine in Reading, which is affiliated to the University of Kingston.  She is trained as a Five elements acupuncturist.   Her knowledge and experience of pregnancy and childbirth have given her an insight into how acupuncture can supplement and improve treatments for a range of conditions including infertility/IVF.  She passionately believes in the benefits of good acupuncture treatment and in working together with other medical professionals.

Elaine was amongst the first group of Zita West acupuncturists in the UK and she had a particular interest in using acupuncture as part of a holistic approach to IVF and infertility treatment.
